Shipping Policy

We will ship your orders within 24hrs - 48hrs upon receiving full payment of your goods, or within two or three days depending when your order is received, such as on a Friday Afternoon, the weekend or a public holiday.

Your goods will be shipped to you free of charge or at the cost indicated under each product in your cart, via Startrack Express at our discretion. Which is a premium courier service with tracking.

Please note, it is our intention to ship free of charge where we can, but if the cost of the location is a prohibitive one to such locations as Remote Country QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and the whole of the WA, TAS and NT,  we may well have to advise you of this additional cost prior to shipping any goods to any such locations. In some very few case this may well not show up when you advise postcode and calculate shipping in your cart.
Eg a new post code for example or changed delivery area by Startrack.

Any excessive freight costs, due to your location, will be required to be paid for by the customer prior to shipping and an updated email and invoice with this cost, will be sent to you, requiring this payment be paid or the cancellation of the order.
You will need to simply log into your account and select your payment method against the invoice to pay any balance due.

It is far better, to  provide a work address for delievry if you are not in during the day.

As this is a courier service, please note they cannot deliver to PO boxes or a Post Office or call you prior to delivery and if you are not in at the time of delivery they have been Authorised to leave your goods in a suitable location at your indicated delivery address - we recommend you provide a work address as often and where you can.

Startrack are not Authorised to make multiple delivery attempts to you as this is an additional charge by Startrack or change the delivery address once shipped, with payment of their fees for doing so.

Failed deliveries or returned goods, due to incorrect address will mean the goods will be returned to us and re-delivery fess will be charged for resending your goods to you - no refunds are allowed and addition freight costs must be paid before re-delivery. See our Returns Policy
